Transfer and Transport Services
The “Acme” hotel is pleased to provide our guests with transfer and car services.Upon arrival you will be met by one of our drivers at the airport or railway arrivals area with a personalized sign indicating your name and any other specific information you supply us with. You will have full luggage assistance until you reach the hotel reception desk.On departure date one of our drivers comes to the hotel reception area at a prearranged time and delivers you to the airport terminal building. If you are leaving Saint-Petersburg by train you will be taken to the relevant station platform by your driver.

Please, note:
- 45 minutes is an average time passengers take to exit with luggage. If a driver waits for a guest longer than for an hour, the transfer rate is increased by 350 rubles
- if a guest does not appear within 2 hours or does not use the ordered transfer services for any other reasons, the driver leaves the airport\railway station and the guest is charged for 100% transfer price+350 rubles.
